How often do the classes meet?

Classes are held once per week for 13 weeks.  we are taking a one week break during Thanksgiving week.  All classes will be off that week.

How is each class structured?

Each class session lasts approximately two hours. During the first hour, Dave Ramsey teaches on video. During the second hour, class members come together for small-group discussion. Group members support each other and hold each other accountable as they work together to transform their financial future.

What is the average size of the class?

Each class size averages between 8–12 families (12–24 people).  Our larger Community Class on Tuesday nights could be larger, but after the video teaching we will break into smaller groups to discuss, and put the principals into practice.

What happens if I miss one class? Can I make it up?

As part of your lifetime membership to FPU, you will receive audio discs of all 13 lessons in your kit. If you miss a class, simply review the audio during the week and discuss a meaningful highlight with your coordinator when you return to class.  There are also other groups doing FPU through Oak Tree, so if you have a scheduling conflict you could go join another group on another night of the week if you need to miss one at your group.
